Minimally invasive surgical procedure to treat high blood pressure
















Doctors at Peter Munk Cardiac Centre recently performed a minimally invasive surgical procedure to treat high blood pressure, called renal denervation, for the first time in Canada. The procedure can significantly reduce high blood pressure in patients who cannot effectively treat their hypertension through drugs.
