It was announced by the Union health minister Mr.Ghulam Nabi Azad that 6 AIIMS-like institutions, at Patna, Bhubaneswar, Rishikesh, Jodhpur, Bhopal and Raipur, would be functional by the end of 2013.
Probably a much-needed panacea for our public sector healthcare woes.
